E-mail Forwarding in Cloud Website Hosting
The Hepsia Control Panel, which comes with all of our cloud website hosting plans, will let you forward any email address inside the account to an alternative one effortlessly. This can be done either during the creation of a new email address or at any time afterwards if you decide that you want this function. During the process, you'll be able to decide if you want a duplicate of the messages to be maintained on the server. This way, you will have a backup and you'll prevent the probability to lose an e-mail message if the forwarding is to an outside address, that's momentarily inaccessible. This feature can be enabled and disabled any time, and when you use e-mail for important matters, it is far better to use it, because no data of the emails are kept on the server when the option is not active. Any time you determine that you don't need forwarding any more, it takes only a click to disable it.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
Forwarding an e mail address hosted in our system can be very straightforward in case you have a semi-dedicated server plan with us and will also not take you more than a couple of mouse clicks to set up. You can do this in the Emails part of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and you will be able to check the mailboxes which are being forwarded and where your e-mails will be sent with a glance. The option is activated and deactivated for each of the email addresses in your account. You can also activate or deactivate a handy feature that we have - a copy of the emails being relayed through our system can remain on the server. This way, you'll always have a backup copy of your incoming e-mail messages and you will not need to be worried about loss of any info. If you have this option disabled, you run the risk of losing email messages if there's an issue with the remote email address.
